(1) Pass the Mother Test: A mission statement must be a concise paragraph describing what your company does and for whom. Show your mission to your mother, if she does not understand it, start again.
(2) Self-Igniting: Your mission is for you and your business, It does not have to be an earth moving statement. It can be whatever inspires you to grow along with your business.
(3) Value Alignment: Forget the money. A meaningful mission goes beyond the dollars and cents. If yr small business is creative, focus your mission on creativity. Try to be what your core competency is.

Organisationaj Culture: The contemporary definition of organisational culture includes what ever is valued; the leadership style, the language and symbols, the procedures and routines, and the definition of success that characterizes an organisation. It is a specific collection of values and norms that are shared by people and groups in an organisation and that controls the way they interact with each other and with stakeholders outside the organisation.
Organisational Values: Here, organisational values are beliefs and ideas about what kinds of goals the members of an organisation should pursue and the appropriate kind or’standard of behaviour organitionaj members should use to achieve these gols.
